About Us
History
The Fortunato Rally was conceived in 2019 by a group of vintage car enthusiasts who wanted to create an event local to New England to encourage interest in driving and maintaining vintage/classic cars. We strongly believe in growing the car hobby for future generations, networking to share maintenance knowledge and trying to give back to our local community during events.
We set out to combine the thrill of the driving experience and the sense of adventure a road-trip brings with our love for vintage vehicles.
Happy cars get driven and the best forcing function to finish a project car is to have an event deadline!
Our first event was originally planned for the Fall of 2020, however was postponed to the Fall of 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
We Drive Vintage Cars in the Rally, Just Like You
We wouldn't ask you to do something we're not willing to do ourselves. We own, drive and maintain vintage cars and use them as staff vehicles during the Rally. If they break during the Rally, we fix them and keep going just like all the participants.
We're Local to New England
The Fortunato Rally is based in Connecticut and the organizers live and grew up in New England. We know the area and would love to share it with other vintage car enthusiasts.
